Services & Energy Alignments
All sessions are conducted in a peaceful, energetically protected environment designed to help you release blockages, restore your vital life force, and step into deep alignment.
01
The perfect introduction to deep energetic restoration. This foundational session combines traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive energy tracking. We focus on clearing modern stress, balancing your primary chakras, and calming an overactive nervous system.
Ideal if you are carrying physical fatigue or emotional overwhelm.
02
Spiritual healing is a journey, not a one-time fix. Commit to your long-term wellness with a sequence of three comprehensive Reiki sessions. Booking this package creates a dedicated container for deep structural healing, allowing us to peel back layers of stored experience and build lasting energetic protection.
03
For those seeking profound clarity and spiritual direction. A premium, intensive session blending advanced energy healing with deep spiritual counselling. We begin with a traditional energy clearing to open your crown and heart chakras, followed by a collaborative intuitive assessment to untangle mental loops, career blocks or relationship patterns.

A transformative experience blending meditation, energy practices and guided reflection. This workshop helps you release limiting patterns, reconnect with your inner strength, and cultivate practical tools for balance in everyday life.
Ideal for individuals and organisations seeking resilience, clarity and empowerment.
Booking Information
A few gentle preparations can help the session settle more deeply.
01
To protect the sacred atmosphere of the studio, walk-ins are not permitted. Every session is booked in advance so the space is held for you alone.
02
Wear loose, comfortable clothing — preferably in light, calming shades such as cream, white or soft yellow. You remain fully clothed throughout.
03
Avoid caffeine and heavy meals for at least two hours before your session, so the body is calm and receptive when we begin.
A note on scope. Reiki is a complementary holistic therapy. It works alongside conventional healthcare but does not replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Please read the full disclaimer before booking.
